Lieff Cabraser attorney Jessica Moldovan will speak as featured faculty at the Practising Law Institute’s Employment Law Institute 2024 program, taking place October 15-16, 2024, in New York City. This two-day event covers key legal developments and emerging trends in employment law. The faculty includes nationally recognized management, union and plaintiffs’ attorneys, in-house counsel, judges and government enforcement agency representatives.
On day one of the event (10/15), Jessica will speak on a panel entitled, “Current Issues in Equal Pay/Pay Equity in 2024.”

About Jessica Moldovan
Jessica A. Moldovan is an associate in Lieff Cabraser’s Antitrust, Employment, and Survivor Advocacy practice groups. She has represented female employees challenging systemic gender discrimination at Goldman Sachs, which recently resulted in a $215 million settlement. She also represents classes of workers challenging unlawful “no-poach” agreements between employers, as well as individuals and a class against the Devereux Foundation for systemic abuse and neglect.
